Work History:
Before I did my Phd, I worked as a Research and Development Chemist at a Pharmaceutical Company in Spain and Malta.
Whilst doing my undergrad I worked as an English teacher in Summer for foreign students. -
Current Job:
I currently work as a post-doctoral researcher at a Brain Bank which holds donated brain tissue. I investigate what is going on in the cells in healthy brains as well as brains with a type of dementia called Fronto-Temporal Dementia.

About Me:
I’m at a postdoctoral researcher at a Brain Bank! I research what is happening in the cells of brains when healthy and when diseased.

My Typical Day:
After having had my morning coffee, I plan my experiments. These usually include a lot of concentrated pipetting as I tend to work with small volumes. On the same day I will usually attend seminars and sit in meetings and do some office work.
