Education:
I went to school in Germany, in Munich, to a state elementary and upper school. Completed with A levels.
Then I did a degree in Chemistry & Biochemistry (undergraduate degree, Bachelor of Science) and then went on to a Master in Biochemistry, both at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich.
Now, I am working on a project for my doctorate in Medical Sciences at University of Oxford. -
Qualifications:
We do not have GCSE equivalents in the Bavarian school system, but I was on the science and technology track in school.
I did A levels in maths, German, English, biology and geography.

Work History:
– shop assistant at a jeweller’s store
– tutoring in Maths
– teaching medicine undergraduates in biochemistry -
Current Job:
I am a PhD student, meaning that I am working on a medical science project for my doctorate thesis where I will describe what I have found. Part of my job is it as well to learn a lot of new things.

How would you describe yourself in 3 words?
Enthusiastic, sociable, multifaceted interests
What did you want to be after you left school?
A scientist, but when I was little I wanted to be a teacher or a vet and for a short period I wanted to be prime minister :D
Were you ever in trouble at school?
Yes, I had difficulties with maths and English growing up. Luckily, I learnt that with patience and persistence you can learn anything.
Who is your favourite singer or band?
JLo, Camila Cabello, The killers
What's your favourite food?
Ohhh.. I have many pizza, anything with fish, and classic German kale dishes.
