• Question: How many elements are there all together in the periodic table?

      Hi ghoward!

      Thanks for your question. There are currently 118 elements in the periodic table. The first 94 elements can be found naturally but the rest have been made in labs or nuclear reactors. The newest elements discovered were added to the table 5 years ago. These were element numbers 113, 115, 117 and 118. There may be new elements discovered in the future that would need added to the table too!
